If your order isn’t personalised it will be dispatched within 1-3 days of placing your order via 1st class Royal Mail or 48 Tracked. Please check your listing for further details on shipping methods.

All personalised orders are drawn within 7 days of receiving your image. Please allow minimum of 14 working days from confirme artwork before receiving a shipping email. Once you have confirmed the final proof, your order will be made and shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Yes, all our patterns are exclusive. This means they are a one off design that will not be sold to anyone else, once the design has been purchased.

The design will be sent to you in your desired format, e.g. JPEG, PDF.

If the design is advertised with multiple colour ways then all options will be sent via email.

Please note: if you have seen an exclusive pattern you love then be quick, once its sold there won’t be another.
