Orders & Personalisation

  • This depends on the product and embroidery style. The maximum number will be clearly stated on each product page.

  • Placement options are listed on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to reply to your order confirmation email and I’ll advise what works best.

  • Full colour embroidery involves significantly more detail, thread changes, and stitch time than line drawings. The price reflects the additional work and complexity involved.

  • Production times vary by product and are listed on each product page. If you’re ordering for a specific date, it’s always best to order as early as possible.

  • As personalised items are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless faulty.

Images & Artwork

  • Yes — all personalised items are created using your photo. This ensures the artwork reflects your pet as you know them.

  • No, it doesn’t need to be perfect. Clear, well-lit photos with good detail work best, but I can usually work with most images.

  • Older photos are absolutely fine as long as the details are clear. If the image quality will limit the final result, I’ll let you know before I start.

  • Yes — that’s often possible. Just send all relevant images together and let me know what you like about each one.

  • That’s completely fine. Separate photos can be used to create one cohesive design.

  • Yes — I can create portraits of any animal, not just dogs.

Production & Delivery

  • Yes — UK shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Yes — international shipping is available and can be selected at checkout.

    Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged by your local customs authority.

Products & Care

  • Wash inside out on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the embroidery.

Workshops

  • No — workshops are designed to be accessible to all skill levels.

  • All materials will be provided unless stated otherwise.

  • Workshop tickets are non-refundable, as spaces and materials are prepared in advance.

    If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to:

        •    transfer your ticket to another person, or

        •    move your booking to a future workshop (subject to availability),

    as long as you let me know at least 7 days before the workshop date.

    Unfortunately, tickets cannot be transferred or refunded within 7 days of the event.
