Personalised Made-to-Order Items

At BayCo Designs, we are committed to your satisfaction with our personalised made-to-order items. We take great care in creating unique products that meet your individual needs and expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive returns policy that ensures a fair and hassle-free return process.

Returns Eligibility

As our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the basis of change of mind. However, if there is an error in the personalisation or a defect in the product, we will do everything possible to rectify the situation.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, or if the personalisation details are incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. We will need photographic evidence of the issue in order to process the return.

Return Process

Once we have received your return request and verified the issue, we will either provide you with a return shipping label or arrange for a courier to collect the item. You will be responsible for packing the item safely and securely for return shipping. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that refunds will not include any shipping or handling charges, unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.

Customs and Duties

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please be aware that you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes. We cannot be held responsible for any customs charges incurred and cannot refund these charges.

Returns Policy for Non-Personalised Items

14-Day Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@baycodesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact us at info@baycodesigns.com. We will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions. Once we receive your return, we will send you the new item free of charge.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@baycodesigns.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund or send a replacement item free of charge.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping process. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us at info@baycodesigns.com so we can contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
