After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with your pet’s photo and I’ll create your portrait in my signature style before embroidering it onto your chosen item.

Clear, well-lit photos work best, but they don’t need to be perfect. If the image isn’t suitable, I’ll contact you within 48 hours.

Yes — most listings allow up to three pets.
If you’re looking to include more than three, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll be happy to advise what’s possible.

Absolutely. Separate photos can be used to create one cohesive design.

Full colour embroidery involves more detail, additional thread changes, and longer stitch time than line drawings. The price reflects the extra work involved.

Current production time is 10–15 working days, plus shipping.
If you’re ordering for a specific date, it’s always best to order as early as possible.
During busy periods, lead times may vary slightly, any updates will always be shared.
