  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with your pet’s photo and I’ll create your portrait in my signature style before embroidering it onto your chosen item.

  • Clear, well-lit photos work best, but they don’t need to be perfect. If the image isn’t suitable, I’ll contact you within 48 hours.

  • Yes — most listings allow up to three pets.

    If you’re looking to include more than three, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll be happy to advise what’s possible.

  • Absolutely. Separate photos can be used to create one cohesive design.

  • Full colour embroidery involves more detail, additional thread changes, and longer stitch time than line drawings. The price reflects the extra work involved.

  • Current production time is 10–15 working days, plus shipping.

    If you’re ordering for a specific date, it’s always best to order as early as possible.

    During busy periods, lead times may vary slightly, any updates will always be shared.
